You’re paying twice for the same work.

Once for software that promised to save your team time. Again for the hours they still spend doing it by hand.

We build the software, AI automations and voice agents that end both. First working version in 3 weeks.

Small and medium-sized businesses lose hours every week to spreadsheets, copy-paste and software that promised to save time and never did. OpsFlow Systems ends that.

We build software around how your team actually works, AI automations, voice agents, or all of them wired together. You see a working version in 3 weeks and an update every week. Miss a written goal? We keep working for free. Still missed? You get that stage’s money back.

You accept each stage before taking more risk.

We book the calls, own the build, and keep you out of a black box. You review working software and accept against written criteria before more of the budget is released.

  1. See today's work

On a discovery call we book and run, we walk through the work as it happens today. We find the real cost, constraints, and exceptions; you show the process.

  2. Lock scope and price

We write one result, exclusions, acceptance criteria, and a fixed price before building. You decide what is in; we keep the document tight enough to protect both sides.

  3. Preview before build

We prepare the flow, output, or interface and book the review before expensive implementation. You react while change is still cheap.

  4. Build in the open

We design, build, test, and send a progress update each week. You review a working version at each stage. Refinement stays bounded—you are not running the project.

  5. Accept and launch

You accept against written criteria. We launch, hand over, and cover defects for 60 days. The next stage starts only after this one is accepted.

  1. 5 daysPlan or prototype

    Visible within five working days

A plan, sample output, or interface preview—so you see the direction before the expensive build.

  2. 3 weeksFirst usable version

A working slice within 14–21 days

Software you can actually use, sized to the written stage. If it cannot fit in 21 days, it is split.

  3. 60 daysAccepted and launched

    Handover after you approve

You accept against written criteria. We launch, hand over the docs, and fix defects that break the agreed result for 60 days after launch.

Miss a written goal? We keep working for free.

If a stage misses those written criteria by the agreed deadline, we keep working on them without extra pay. If they are still unmet after 14 more days, the payment for that unaccepted stage is refunded.

  • Hitting the deadline needs you to walk through today’s work and answer questions during the stage.
  • We judge the stage against the written result. If that target changes mid-stage, it is a new agreement—not the same deadline.
  • The deadline is about the software we deliver. Outages in tools, hosts, or vendors you already use do not count as a missed stage.
  • After you approve a stage, this promise does not reopen it.

You keep everything at handover.

The software is built to run without us. Every project ends with the material your team needs to own it.

  1. Owner handover video

A recorded walkthrough of the delivered system, made for you.

  2. Administrator quick guide

The essential steps to run and administer it day to day.

  3. Launch and access checklist

Ownership, accounts, backups and handover, confirmed in writing.

  4. One custom improvement

One extra enhancement of up to three hours, for the whole project.

  5. Your accounts, your bills

Hosting, domains, AI usage and email stay in your name. Recurring costs are shown before you commit.

  6. Support when you want it

Monthly maintenance for business-critical systems, or paid incident support for the rest.

The person who scopes it builds it.

OpsFlow Systems is led by Stiliyan Nikolov, Founder & Lead Engineer, based in Sofia. You work with Stiliyan directly, from the first call to handover.

We take one primary client build at a time so discovery, design, implementation, testing, and handover stay connected. If existing software can solve the problem more economically, we will say so.

  • Software that fits how you already work
  • Written result and price before build
  • A progress update each week

Questions worth answering clearly.

30–45 minutes. A discovery call to understand the business and the project, then decide together whether it is a fit.

What if I do not know exactly what I need?

You do not need a spec. The call is to map today's work and whether software is even justified. If a responsible fixed price still needs deeper analysis, the first paid step is a Project Blueprint that maps the process, requirements, risks, and stages.

How much does a project cost?

Each stage starts at €1,000; the total price is fixed after the discovery call, for a written scope—not from a menu and not by the hour. Typical custom builds land around €3,000–€5,000 when the work supports it; larger replacements are divided into accepted payment stages.

How quickly will I see something working?

The target is a plan or prototype within five working days and a first working version within 3 weeks, with an update every week. Complete replacements and larger products may need multiple stages.

What if the result does not match the agreed scope?

If a stage misses its written goal, we keep working on it for free. If they are still unmet after 14 more days, the payment for that unaccepted stage is refunded, provided the written project conditions were met.

Can you support the software after launch?

After you accept a stage, we fix defects that break the agreed result for 60 days, at no extra charge. After that, business-critical systems can use monthly maintenance; non-critical systems can use paid incident support.

Who controls the hosting and external accounts?

You control and pay for your hosting, domains, AI usage, email, payment providers, and other external services. Ownership and licensing of the delivered software are stated clearly in the contract. After launch we can stay on for ongoing support at a fixed fee if you want that.

Bring the messy workflow. We’ll find the first useful result.

We use the call to understand how your business works and what you need built. Then we both decide whether the project and the working relationship are a fit.
